The Navigator is a reflection tool built on the Authority Under Pressure® framework. It gives you a place to work through something that is weighing on you, at work or outside it, one question at a time.
It starts with helping you make sense of what is happening. It can also help you think through ordinary next steps where that is useful, without deciding for you.
You do not need to know which part of the framework applies before you begin. Start with one of the suggested prompts, or simply start with whatever is on your mind.
Some of the hardest periods of my career happened before I had access to coaching.
There were times when I was trying to make sense of a difficult situation while still doing the job, without a neutral place to think and without realistic access to support.
Years later, as I began writing about Authority Under Pressure®, women started telling me they recognised themselves in the work.
The Navigator grew from those two things.
I wanted to create somewhere people could begin before they had worked out exactly what the problem was, before they knew whether they wanted coaching, and without needing to understand the framework first.
Start with something that is genuinely on your mind. You do not need to know which part of the Authority Under Pressure® framework applies or arrive with a perfectly formed question.
You can use one of the suggested prompts or simply start with whatever is on your mind. The Navigator will take it one question at a time.
You can stop whenever enough feels clear and return later if you want to continue.
The Navigator is an AI-supported reflection tool, not therapy or professional advice.
Your conversation is processed through Coachvox and OpenAI and is stored by Coachvox. Trisha may review selected conversations for quality and improvement.
You do not need to share sensitive or special-category information to use the Navigator. Please avoid including information about your health, ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, political opinions, trade union membership, sex life or sexual orientation unless you have provided explicit consent for us to process it.
You can request access to or deletion of your data at any time.
You may want to continue reflecting in a different way, or decide that what has surfaced needs a human conversation.
