The Authority Under Pressure® Navigator
The Navigator is an AI-supported reflection tool designed to help you think through what is on your mind.
It is not therapy, medical advice, legal advice or another form of professional advice, and it is not intended to make decisions for you.
The Navigator is provided using the Coachvox platform.
Information collected when you use the Navigator
Depending on how you use the Navigator, information may include:
You do not need to provide more information than is necessary for your reflection.
Please avoid including identifying information about other people unless it is genuinely necessary.
Why we use this information
We may use Navigator information to:
Our Article 6 lawful basis for this processing is legitimate interests. Our interests are providing and improving a useful reflection service, understanding how the Navigator performs in practice and maintaining its quality and safety.
We have considered these interests against the privacy rights and reasonable expectations of people using the Navigator.
Sensitive or special-category information
Because the Navigator is an open reflection tool, you may choose to mention information that UK data protection law treats as special-category data. This can include information about your health, racial or ethnic origin, religious or philosophical beliefs, political opinions, trade union membership, genetic or biometric data, sex life or sexual orientation.
You do not need to share this information to use the Navigator.
Where you choose to provide special-category information, Authority Under Pressure Ltd relies on your explicit consent under Article 9(2)(a) of the UK GDPR to process that information.
You can withdraw that consent at any time by contacting trisha@trishaking.co.uk. Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before you withdrew your consent.
Coachvox
The Navigator is hosted and operated using Coachvox.
For Navigator conversation content, Authority Under Pressure Ltd and Coachvox have controller responsibilities in accordance with Coachvox’s contractual terms.
For end-user account information processed on behalf of Authority Under Pressure Ltd, Coachvox acts as a processor.
Coachvox provides the technology and infrastructure through which Navigator conversations take place.
AI processing
Coachvox currently uses OpenAI as the AI model provider that processes conversation content to generate Navigator responses.
Coachvox has confirmed that information sent through the OpenAI API is not used to train or improve OpenAI’s models. OpenAI may retain API data for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring, after which it is deleted.
The Navigator does not use automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects about you.
If voice functionality is introduced in future, this notice will be updated before that processing is enabled.
International processing
Coachvox and some of its technology providers may process personal information outside the United Kingdom.
Where personal information is transferred internationally, appropriate safeguards are required under UK data protection law. Coachvox states that it uses contractual or equivalent safeguards for international transfers.
How long information is kept
Navigator information is kept only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this notice, subject to legal requirements and the retention arrangements of the technology providers involved.
If you ask us to delete your Navigator information, we will arrange deletion with Coachvox.
Coachvox has confirmed that:
As explained above, OpenAI may separately retain API information for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring.
If you later work directly with Trisha
Using the Navigator does not require you to become a coaching or advisory client.
If you later choose to work directly with Trisha, your Navigator conversation will not automatically be reviewed as part of that work.
You may instead be invited to give separate, explicit consent for Trisha to review your Navigator conversation to provide continuity, reduce unnecessary repetition and understand the context you have already explored.
This is optional. You can decline and still work with Trisha.
Where the conversation contains special-category information, any consent request will make this clear.
Marketing
Using the Navigator does not automatically add you to a marketing mailing list.
Marketing communications will only be sent where you have separately chosen to receive them. Marketing consent is separate from using the Navigator and can be withdrawn at any time.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law gives you rights including the right to:
To exercise your rights, contact trisha@trishaking.co.uk.

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK’s data protection regulator.
